01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kuan365 ("kuan365", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kuan365.net and its associated mobile interfaces.

These Terms apply to all services offered by kuan365, including but not limited to: online casino games (slots, live dealer tables, table games, specialty games), sports betting, bingo, e-sabong, virtual sports, promotional programs, loyalty rewards, and customer support interactions.

Your access to and use of the kuan365 platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the kuan365 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, all of which form part of the overall Agreement between you and kuan365.

kuan365 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

To register for and use a kuan365 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of kuan365, or an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from kuan365 or have had a previous kuan365 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

kuan365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Acceptable documentation includes a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by kuan365 may result in account suspension.

03 Account Registration

Each eligible person may register only one (1) kuan365 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a contact mobile number registered to a Philippine carrier (Globe, Smart, DITO, or equivalent).

You warrant that all information provided at registration and during any subsequent KYC (Know Your Customer) process is truthful and not misleading. Providing false information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.

KYC Verification

kuan365 is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and applicable Philippine law. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. kuan365 may also require KYC verification before a deposit is accepted or a bonus is awarded.

The KYC process requires submission of:

• A clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance dated within 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account in your name).
• A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID, where requested.

kuan365 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the player lifecycle. Processing of KYC submissions typically takes between 1 and 3 business days. Players will be notified by email once their verification status has been updated.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kuan365 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your kuan365 account, whether for gaming, betting, withdrawals, or any other purpose.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your kuan365 account and must not reuse a password used on any other website or application.
• You must notify kuan365 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.

kuan365 will never ask you to provide your full password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request purportedly from kuan365, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

kuan365 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials or where the player voluntarily shared account access with a third party.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

kuan365 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya typically credit to your kuan365 account balance within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PesoNet may take up to 15 minutes. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits may take up to 1 hour to process. kuan365 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees which are your responsibility.

kuan365 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit where it has reason to suspect fraud, AML risk, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method after applicable verification steps are completed.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or methods not previously used to deposit (subject to exceptions at kuan365's discretion) are not permitted.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. kuan365 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the receiving payment provider.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. kuan365 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ₱200 (or the remaining balance if lower) to inactive accounts, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on kuan365 — including slot machines, live dealer table games, bingo, e-sabong, sports betting, and virtual sports — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or on the kuan365 game information pages.

kuan365 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live-dealer games. RNG systems are independently tested for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real-time under monitored conditions.

In the event of a malfunction, technical fault, or disconnection during a game round, kuan365 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the player's balance. kuan365 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures on the player's side.

kuan365 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the bet was placed in error, in breach of game rules, or as part of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 of these Terms.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

kuan365 offers various promotional programs to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP Club benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, which must be read in conjunction with this Section.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed KYC verification, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") which must be met in full before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are forfeited without notice.

Bonus Abuse

kuan365 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting"), creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and using automated systems or bots to place bets. Where bonus abuse is detected, kuan365 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and restrict or close the player's account.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kuan365 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials to access or use the platform.
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, automated systems, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players or with platform employees to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to deposit, layer, or extract illicit funds.
• Exploiting errors, loopholes, or technical malfunctions in games or payment systems for financial gain.
• Abusing the bonus and promotions system as described in Section 7.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behavior toward kuan365 staff or other players via any communication channel.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the kuan365 platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, user interface design, logos, trademarks, text, and audio-visual material, is the property of kuan365 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the kuan365 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of kuan365.

Any unauthorized use of kuan365 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

10 Privacy & Data

kuan365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the kuan365 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

kuan365 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where consent has been provided). kuan365 does not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

In compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by kuan365, subject to overriding regulatory retention obligations. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for full details on your data rights and how to exercise them.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kuan365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

kuan365's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kuan365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or its content. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kuan365's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Responsible Gaming

kuan365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should not be viewed as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

Player Protection Tools

All kuan365 players have access to the following responsible gaming tools, activatable at any time via Account Settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Session wagering limits: Cap the total amount wagered per gaming session.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the kuan365 platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period chosen and cannot be undone by contacting support during that period.
• Reality check reminders: Set periodic in-session notifications displaying the duration and value of your current gaming session.

13 Suspension & Termination

kuan365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or a notification from a recognized self-exclusion registry.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.
• Account inactivity as described in Section 5.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings from bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending AML or fraud investigation.

You may close your kuan365 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

14 Amendments to These Terms

kuan365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kuan365 will notify registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible on the kuan365 website. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version came into force. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and kuan365 relating to your account or any game outcome, you should first contact kuan365 customer support to attempt informal resolution. kuan365 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulations and procedures. The decision of PAGCOR's dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties, subject to any right of appeal provided under Philippine law.

You and kuan365 agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the PAGCOR dispute resolution process.
